Spring Smackdown Bidding Instructions

*Initial bids and alternate selections due by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 1st 2011.

*All calves will be bid off by phone and as quickly as time allows.  Please be accessible by the phone number you provide us.  We reserve the right to move on if you do not answer your phone.

*Bids will be in $100 increments up to $3000.  Over $3000 bid increments will be $250.

* A 25% deposit will be due by May 10, 2011 or calf will still be considered for sale.  Balance due at the time the calf is picked up.  Deposits are non-refundable except in case of death while in seller’s possession.

*All calves must be picked up by August 1, 2011.

*All calves sold as is with no guarantee of soundness or fertility.
